Historical Note--French Revolution

The French Revolution killed about 40,000 predator elites in the name of Liberty, about 14 percent of the 27.7 million French population.

The killing of the predator elites happened after the ordinary people realized that (1) ordinary people were the nation's sole producers of real wealth, (2) the small number of predator elites had grabbed most of the wealth, (3) the predator elites gained wealth through cheating and corruption, and (4) the predator elites directed much of their corruption at destroying the French middle classes to gain obscene profits.

History is now repeating itself with regard to predator elites vs ordinary people. There's an historical echo in here.

If Americans kill about 400,000 elites, they will nearly equal the French's approximately 14 percent of the population. As with the French, the targets would be feckless and fascist politicians, corruption-minded corporate boards and CEOs, anti-Constitutional legislators, elites-favoring judges, greed-driven medicrats, usurious bankers and financiers, anti-Constitutional military chiefs, state-level govt officials of all anti-Constitutional stripes, etc., etc.

It can't happen here? The heat is on under the pressure cooker. The only safety valves are welded shut by the predator elites and their corruption machines, so that political-economic change cannot happen. The anti-Constitutional Federal Reserve, its out-of-thin-air money in return for real compound interest paid out of public monies to the Fed's private corporation ownership, and its bezerko "fractional reserve lending" probably cannot be ended in time to stop the North American Union and its superrich-happy currency, the Amero.

The anti-Constitutional Fed -- and its partner in crime, the anti-Constitutional personal income tax on wages -- have done their dirty work. Wealth has been relentlessly redistributed upward. The dollar is penniless. The bankers and politicians can crash it into the Amero at any moment they wish. Profits from the conversion will give the superrich more obscene profits. And the rights of the people to a Constitutional currency issued and valued by the people's representatives will be more remote from the people than ever. The heat on the rights and liberties of ordinary people has gone way up.

Over increasing heat, there's only one thing that happens to a pressure cooker with no safety valve.

A French-like American Revolution is not inevitable, but as corporations flee the USA and out-source our best jobs to their off-shore enclaves, the social engineering that once locked ordinary Americans into a milquetoast politics of what the superrich will tolerate erodes. Ordinary Americans have less and less to lose by defying the corporate structures, by standing on their own two feet, by devising sustainable economies of scale. Ordinary Americans have more and more to win by setting aside beliefs where they conflict with Constitutional and statute law facts.

Where liberties are facts in Constitutional and statute law, it is inappropriate for predator elites to believe that ordinary people should not have those liberties.

The in-coming President is one of 75 US Senators who violated the Constitution to originate and pass a bill for revenue in the Senate -- $700 billion to bail out financial criminals.

Constitution (Article 1, Section 7): "All Bills for raising revenue shall originate in the house of representatives, ...".

The in-coming President's illegitimacy is huge and his stimulus package is a hodge-podge of unsustainable superrich money-makers. He has already grossly violated his oath to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. With the $700 billion bailout law, he became, in fact, one of the Constitution's domestic enemies.

Felony forfeits all immunities -- legislative, administrative, and judicial.

Constitution (Article 1, Section 6): "... They shall in all cases, except treason, felony and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest during their attendance ...".

Federal statute Title 18, US Code, Section 241: "If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same ... They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."

The specification of ten years imprisonment makes violation of this statute a felony -- and -- the statute defines "felony conspiracy".

President-elect Obama is a co-conspirator in the felony conspiracy of the $700 billion bailout that violated the rights of Americans to be governed by law made in accord with the Constitution. The $700 billion bailout law is not law at all. It is unconstitutional and an anti-law regime. Every specific action taken under that anti-law is a separate violation of the Constitution and a separate felony conspiracy under 18 USC 241.

President-elect Obama's only rightful place is in federal prison, along with the 74 other US Senators who feloniously voted to originate the $700 billion bailout in the Senate. And by now, the list of co-conspirators and accessories-after-the-fact in the many unconstitutional applications of that anti-law regime is very long indeed.

Justice is required. If, in the doing or frustration of justice, ordinary Americans slip out of the corporate-govt social engineering that has imprisoned their political action for the eight years of the fascist, anti-Constitutional govt of Bush-Cheney, a French-like American Revolution seems a strong possibility.

What would the USA look like with 400,000 predator elites gone? In 1789, many Frenchmen would have been asking themselves a similar question.
